The service
Zigna provides a cloud tool for quotes, contracts, digital signing, and document tracking.
The service is a tool. You are responsible for document content, inviting the correct recipients, and ensuring agreements comply with applicable law.
Account and access
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility unless mandatory law says otherwise.
We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risks, or breach of these terms.
Subscription and payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and included usage are shown on the pricing page and in your order.
Trials and cancellation are handled as shown in your account at purchase. Billing is in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Intellectual property
Zigna and its licensors own the service, brand, and software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for the subscription term.
You retain all rights to material you upload or create in the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, distribute malware, attempt to bypass security, or disrupt other users.
Automated access must follow documented API and MCP limits and reasonable rate limits.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service is error-free or always available. Planned maintenance is communicated when possible.
Support is provided by email according to your plan.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zigna is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by handling outside the service.
Zigna's total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before Swedish courts.
